Ashley is responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.

She works closely with senior leadership on financial reporting, budget review and sales forecasting activities. She is also responsible for working with Dardis’ suppliers, customers and financial institutions. She helps oversee payroll services, international business requirements, human resources and employee benefits.

Before starting at Dardis in 2018, Ashley worked at Rockwell Collins for 12 years in various accounting and finance roles.  She has her bachelor’s degree from Mount Mercy University where she majored in Accounting & Marketing and completed her MBA from St. Ambrose University in 2010.

Ashley, an Epworth, Iowa native, enjoys spending time with her husband and children.
