You’ll learn and practice persuasive dialogue, questioning techniques and confident closes using a profile of an actual customer. Expert instruction and group feedback provide personalized guidance, while use of a real customer profile helps participants develop sales strategies that are relevant to real business circumstances.
Participants are asked to bring an overview of an actual customer or business partner to be used throughout the program.
