Greg Dardis is the President and CEO of Dardis Communications. Formed in 2002, Dardis Communications is an executive training and development company that specializes in presentation skills, selling skills, business writing and professional image training.
Greg is well known in the corporate world and within academia, as he and his team travel the globe teaching people how to effectively present themselves and their message in order to succeed. Following his university studies in marketing and corporate communications, Greg worked with a New York-based training and consulting company. It was this background that fueled his passion and expertise in professional communication skills.
Dardis works with many well-known organizations such as Agco, Alliant Energy, Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Ingalls Shipbuilding, John Deere, NCAA, Principal Financial Group, Collins Aerospace, Yanmar and many others. Dardis spends a great deal of his time conducting personal coaching sessions and delivering keynote speeches. Greg works with executive boards, C-suite leaders, board presidents, pastors, politicians, and professional athletes. In addition, he and his team teach at over a dozen universities across the country. As a featured speaker for numerous organizations and conferences, Dardis conducts sessions all over the world including the US, China, India, Russia, South America, Australia and Europe.
In 2006, Greg started Dardis Academy. Its mission is to develop future leaders by providing high school and college students with an opportunity to gain critical communication skills in order to succeed in the “real world”. Businesses partner with Dardis to recruit these talented young professionals. In 2020 Greg started The Dardis Foundation; a 501(c)(3) designed to help support this unique student program.
On a personal note, Greg enjoys being involved with his church as well as a number of nonprofit organizations. Dardis currently resides in Iowa City, IA where he and his wife Tonya enjoy raising their four children.
