Before joining Dardis, he worked as a domestic and international salesperson for a major supply chain company, gaining valuable experience in global markets and business development.

A former collegiate athlete, Jackson earned All-Region Academic Honors while playing baseball at Michigan State University before completing his degree in Interpersonal Communication from Mount Mercy University. His competitive background and passion for performance fuel his work in sales and training, where he’s most driven by helping others build confidence and achieve their full potential.

Jackson currently resides in eastern Iowa with his family. He enjoys pickleball, golf, and spending time with family.
