Turn off the TV and go to bed a half-hour earlier. You will feel the difference! Practice other forms of self-care: daily walks, healthier snacks and little breaks. A good attitude naturally flows from healthy habits.

Talk it up! Tell others about the good things happening. Compliment a co-worker. Email a supervisor to brag about someone. When you speak up about successes, you give them momentum, creating a positive energy that carries forward.
