We’re pleased to introduce you to our newest team member: Client Services Manager, Jan Hoffman. Jan serves as a key point of contact for our clients to ensure our programs go off without a hitch and any client’s needs are met.
Jan brings 35 years of experience, including her work as an administrative partner to senior executive management at Principal Financial Group. She served in various business units at Principal, giving her a broad range of experience in leadership, organization and workplace management.
Jan brings an excellent commitment to customer service, high attention to detail and passion for making a difference. She and her husband live in Prairie City and take the road less traveled in their 1949 Willys Jeep. Welcome, Jan!
