Our continuous and specialized approach, over a 6 to 9 month period of time, will teach your leaders to speak as well as they think and convey the essence of professionalism. You will work with our instructors to determine an appropriate phased approach in which your employees will learn and gain effective leadership skills, paying close attention to your business and scheduling needs.
PHASE 1: “Leadership Presentation Skills”
Develop and deliver high-level presentations that are clear, compelling and effective, over the course of two days.
• Organize thoughts quickly and present them persuasively.
• Captivate audiences with a professional delivery style.
• Overcome inhibitions and do things with a purpose.
• Strategically build presentations to focus on customers’ needs.
• Control nervousness and think under pressure.
• Effectively handle Q&A situations
PHASE 2: “Professional Presence”
Gain the knowledge, expertise and value your image deserves, over the course of one day. With the personalized assistance from our dedicated professional image instructors, you’re sure to differentiate yourself as a leader.
• Understand the impact of first impressions and key elements of image.
• Understand messages of clothing and differences between professional & business casual.
• Learn impact of introductions, handshakes and exchanging business cards.
• Apply proper dining etiquette skills and how to entertain clients.
• Engage in small talk and apply listening skills through networking.
PHASE 3: “Leadership Presentation Skills Refresher”
Refresh and refine your presentation skills to take you to the next level in speaking, over the course of one day.
• Apply advanced skills to think under pressure and control nervousness.
• Learn 5 Forms of Influence and universal formula for story-telling.
• Learn appropriate slide transitions, critical phrases and presentation best practices.
• Multiple practice sessions and videotaping for skill enhancement.
PHASE 4: Personal Coaching
Receive an individualized approach to address your specific presentation needs.
• Each participant receives a one-on-one personal coaching session with one of our instructors to assist in developing or refining a presentation.
