Our Story
Dardis Communications offers its clients a complete communications package with flexible delivery options. We provide group programs, as well as high level one-on-one coaching. We can deliver our programs at a client’s site, our locations or in a conference center/hotel.
We’re known by the companies we partner with and the relationships we’ve earned throughout the years. We have diversified ourselves by working with the Fortune 500, small businesses, universities and non-profit agencies.
Dardis Communications’ training is unique, because we take out the theory and “fluff” and focus on practical and tangible skills. We teach people to speak as well as they think and how to look the part and dress for the job they want—not the job they have.
We believe in application-based, skill-driven training that respects the professionalism and competencies of our clients. We work on the premise that adults learn best through:

- Individual practice against real-world challenges
- Videotaping for awareness, skill-building and reinforcement
Our training approach focuses on three areas:
(1) Content based on careful research of each client’s unique culture and goals, together with extensive research and work with thousands of business people at all levels and from diverse industries.
(2) Measurable skills objectives which participants work to achieve one at a time initially and then cumulatively as training progresses. We create a safe learning environment in our classroom which encourages participants to stretch, experiment and achieve beyond their current skill level.
(3) Practical, effective skills each individual owns and is able to apply on-the-job immediately.
Our training programs are not lectures. They consist of carefully structured, customized sessions consisting of instructor briefings, participant practice, instructor coaching, group feedback, and private, individualized videotape review. Our training methodology provides participants with instant feedback and the opportunity to observe and measure their progress throughout the training experience. We support the adult learner’s strengths and focus on how each individual can become better. All of our resources are applied to ensure that our training is:
